1.      GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) provides personal data owners ("Applicant"), who are defined as the data subject, with the right to make specific requests regarding the processing of their data in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK.

Application form, Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. by determining your relationship with Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. has been prepared to assess your data processed by Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San ve Tic. Şti. in full and to respond to your relevant application correctly and within the legal period. To protect your data's security and prevent unlawful data transfer, Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. may request additional information.

If the information specified by the Applicant needs to be corrected and/or up-to-date or the requests are unauthorised, the Applicant shall be responsible. According to Article 7 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.  will not charge for up to ten pages when answered in writing. But Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.  might charge the expense cost if the written answer is over ten pages, and a per-page processing fee will be calculated for each page over ten pages. Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. may be charged up to the cost of the recording medium to the Applicant if the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory.

2.      SCOPE OF THE RIGHT TO APPLY UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK

The Applicant may apply to Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and may request the following issues:

1.1.  To learn whether their data is being processed or not,

1.2.  To request information if personal data has been processed,

1.3.  To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their meaning,

1.4.  To learn the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

1.5.  To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

1.6.  To request the deletion, destruction or anonymisation of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

1.7.  To object to the occurrence of a result to their detriment by analysing their processed data exclusively through automated systems,

1.8.  To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

3.      APPLICATION PROCEDURE

According to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, applications to be made regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing and signed or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"). In this context, applications are to be made in writing by printing out this form;

• By personal application of the Applicant by hand,

• Via Notary Public,

• Registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or

• It can be sent to us by e-mail from the e-mail address previously notified by the Applicant and registered in our system.

In the following, you will find information on how written applications should be sent to us; information is given specific to the channels.

Elit Elektronik Pazarlama San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. In applications to be made by the Applicant via e-mail, the Applicant may request additional information to verify the Applicant's identity and take necessary measures.

Under the second paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, your applications submitted to us will be answered in writing or electronically within thirty days from the date of notification or receipt of your request, depending on the nature of the request.
